Lightning Athletics invites you to Back the Bolts! in aid of our student-athletes. We currently participate in the Alberta Colleges Athletic League (ACAL) although we have aspirations for some of our teams to move up into the Alberta Colleges Athletics Conference (ACAC). Last year saw positive results with podium finishes for teams that have been historically strong and there were some encouraging signs for newer teams. Competition in the league has become stiffer over the last couple of years but we are hoping to perform even better in 2009-2010!
Donations to any one of our six athletics teams are gratefully accepted and a tax receipt will be provided. You simply select the team(s) you wish to sponsor, indicate the gift amount and we’ll do the rest. Donations of $200 or more will receive a photograph of the 2009-2010 team that is benefitting from your generosity.
