Campus Recreation strives to offer students, faculty and staff a wide range of activities that promote healthy living. Some examples are yoga, fitness classes, CPR, weight training, and intramurals.
Campus Recreation is a vital part of the St. Mary’s experience, and offers opportunities for all members of the St. Mary’s community to interact in healthy, positive, and respectful environments.
Students are encouraged to participate in these activities and get involved in wellness programs through volunteering or conducting different wellness events.
